Hiruno provides social media management, video editing, and Meta ad campaign management services. The specific scope of services, deliverables, and pricing are agreed upon before engagement begins.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate brand information, timely feedback on deliverables, and any raw materials (footage, assets) required for content creation. Delayed approvals may affect delivery timelines.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, clients own the content created for their brand. Hiruno reserves the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Limitation of liability
Hiruno is not liable for results from ad campaigns, social media performance, or any indirect or consequential damages. We commit to best-effort service delivery based on agreed-upon strategies.
